Have rented 3 times from this location. The staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed to attend an appointment and was unable to wait for a specific type vehicle to be delivered. Jess quickly offered to deliver the vehicle to the appointment. The appointment was well over an hour away so we arranged for the vehicle to be left locally and secured. He is a great employee and works hard to show great customer service. I appreciated his quick thinking and accommodating actions!

Young management and it shows... I wanted to rent local and keep my dollars in my community. I first dealt with Taylor who was most helpful and was able to match what I would pay in Raleigh. When it came time to settle the account is when the confusion began.. the long and the short of it was that it took two weeks to get the billing straightened out and accurate. When that finally happened with "Tom" I inquired about renting a car for the week and if you would match rates... he made it clear that he was not interested in pursuing my business... again.. young and it shows
