We moved here 3 years ago from NY, wagner was highly recommended and to date have never been let down! The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Their fairness in diagnostics, work and pricing is fair and competitive. We recommend Wagner wirhout reservation!

Poorest customer service and mangment I ever experienced. I have had company trucks going to Wagner Tire in Hillsborough for years. In the last couple of years customer service and qualtity of workmanship has gone from ok to very bad.
Wagner's diagnosed the problem and showed me how Firestone was careless in installing the new part. It was worth the money having experts fix it right.
The staff is very professional and the mechanics know what they are doing. I had work done at Firestone. Had to take the car back twice. In the end, I ended up going to Wagner's to get the repair done correctly, even through The parts and labor were still under the Firestone warranty. I couldn't afford to take more time from work dealing with car issues.
On Friday September 22 2017 Wagner tire install two brand new tires defevtive tires. After picking up the truck i found the truck was swaying all over the road. Pn Monday September 24 i went back to thWagnerTire and told them of the swaying of the truck. Brandon Wagner told me he didn't have time that day . He said to come back pn Tuesday Sept 26.i asked Brandon what if there is a problem with the tires? Brandan said he would send the tire back.
Ordered tires on Monday the 28th and said I would be in on the 1st to have them put on. I got there this morning and after waiting around 30 minutes they said "we don't have your tires". I said "didn't you order them?" The girl giggles and said "'No they forgot to order them". Needless to say I took a day off from work to get my tires out on. Wasted a whole day. But went down the road and found somebody that wanted my business (Hillsborough Tire) and gave me a better deal. I guess it's your loss Wagner's. I guess you didn't need my $1000.
