This is the best Wal-Mart in the Raleigh-Durham area. If I lived in either Raleigh or Durham, I would travel at great lengths specifically to come to this store. It’s clean, managed well, and the staff are professional. It’s convenient to the interstate, and never uncomfortably crowded.
This the place to buy almost everything you need and want. They have a great selection of groceries that you can not find in other Wal-Mart's. Clean and friendly.
Today my husband and I were shopping for a large turkey and the ones in the display case were only up to 16 pounds, which was smaller than we needed. I asked Jeff, in the meat department if he had larger ones out back and he said yes and he’d be happy to get one for us. He did and we are so pleased with the large Honeysuckle turkey we bought. Best Walmart I've ever been to in my entire life. If Walmart signs weren't everywhere, you wouldn't even realize you were in a Walmart, because of its amazing customer service, generally polite shoppers, and outstanding selection that looks like it was stocked by professionals. This has to be the greatest Walmart ever built, or at least the best one I've ever personally visited. Amazing 10/10 keep up the great work!
This location has a key-making machine just as you enter. I used it to make some spare keys, but I wonder if it remembers the pattern for every key it makes. That's kind of creepy if you think about it. It's a serious possible security concern, even though soon they'll have smart locks on most newer homes.
