The hotel was off the road and I would have never found it without GPS. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable but EXTREMELY small. The air conditioner didn't work very well so the first day it was pretty hot in my room but by morning it was cool. Breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular. For the price, it wasn't bad though.
I needed to spend one night out of town. This hotel was easy to.fid and very reasonably priced. The bagel I had in the morning tasted great. My room was clean and neatly arranged.
Nice quaint place tucked away. Quiet and affordable. In good location when going to chapel Hill, Durham, Burlington or just hanging around Hillsborough. Clean and well kept. I enjoy being there.
The girl at check in desk was not the most pleasant. There was guy on the phone about repairs the whole time I was checking in. The first room I got wouldn't cool off. Luckily, the guy working second shift was great. He let me change rooms with no questions. He said sometimes the a/c units would freeze up when it's this hot. There were no problems in the new room. Each room has it's own a/c unit. Some are newer than others. The rooms are small and the dark walls make them seem even smaller. I loved the little window seat in the rooms. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. TV was nice and there's a small desk in the room. Complimentary "hot" breakfast leaves much to be desired. The hot items are waffle maker, oatmeal packs, and frozen egg omelet things you can put in the microwave. Also there is no fridge in the rooms.
The room was really nice and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.
