Very nice staff at the counter there. Twice I've made it right after they closed to pick up a package that I really needed and they have gotten it for me. Super appreciate that!!
We have had lots of mail and packages go missing. The tracking numbers say they are in our mailbox. Unfortunately for us, often mail and packages are just left in our driveway or on our cars. Today I came home to two packages on the trunk of our car but the tracking says it was in the mailbox. At this point I have lost several hundred dollars from missing packages and am not able to get through to a human at the Hillsborough Post Office. Their number seems to just ring for a long time and then go to a fax machine. I did get through once and was told to file a police report. Would really like some help on this matter.
We live in a private subdivision of houses, where by US POSTAL CODE, the carriers MUST deliver packages to our home. Our mailboxes are easily seen by a major road and some have been stolen in the past. I take pictures of our lazy postal contractors putting boxes in bags and hanging them from mailboxes, stacking them on the top of mailboxes or shoving them partially in a mailboxes. 5 or 6 times a YEAR I take pictures of this, drive to the post office and speak with the postmaster. It works for a month or two then happens again. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! YOU HAVE BEEN AWARE OF IT FOR OVER 10 YEARS!!!
The people inside are decently friendly. As for government paid employee go. Place is always clean and neat.
Mail carriers are trained on how to ruin the approach to your mailbox by waiting for it to rain heavily and then making a huge rut in the grass....very professional isn't it? There is ONE man at the office who is nice to deal with....one. And it isn't Tom.
